SW Grading Reform: Voice Your Concern(s)
The faculty ad hoc committee did not vote on retroactive grading adjustments last Friday. I contacted Professor Warren (on the faculty ad hoc committee on grading reform) and asked if students could be involved in the grading reform process.
I received this email from Professor Warren:
"The faculty ad hoc committee on grading reform will be holding an open meeting for students on Friday, November 11, 2005, at 12:30 p.m., in room 611. The purpose of the meeting is for the committee to hear the concerns and opinions of students interested in the grading reform issue. I expect that some students will want to address the issue of retroactivity, although there is no limit to what issues and concerns can be addressed, as long as they are related to the topic of grading reform.
We would appreciate it if the SBA could help get the word out so that everyone knows about this meeting. If you have any questions or concerns about the meeting itself, please feel free to get in touch with me."
