Secret Dreams
As law school finals continue I secretly dream of being a Kindergarten teacher who wears the bright holiday sweaters, large Christmas pins and huge Christmas tree earrings. I dream about baking the most delicious cookies with red sparkles on top in my holiday apron while listening to Christmas carols...where did I go wrong? Maybe I too am like Lex Luther who has traded dreams for money and power. Or maybe I would be dreaming of being a lawyer if I were a Kindergarten teacher.

I could so see you doing that... but you would be doing exactly what you said - being a teacher, dreaming of being an attorney. I still have daydreams about being an orchestral percussionist or a up-and-coming rock star... but this way, we'll be able to afford to live well, and we'll never have to worry about our friends or family members being righteously screwed over. We'll be able to help protect em.

I often dream that I'm a special forces commando. I wanted to be in the LA County Sheriff's swift water rescue team when I was younger (and swam competitively). Alas, those days are well behind me.
