Um, isn't the point of that show for someone he loves to be almost-dying and then he comes to the rescue? Sometimes he saves the person and sometimes the person dies and then he gets all weepy about how even with his powers he couldn't save the person? How is this extraordinary or special? I mean, we knew how it all worked after the original movies, so why do we need a tv show now to do it all over again?
